From the moment we stepped through the doors, we were surrounded by an atmosphere of refined luxury. The lobby is grand yet welcoming, with beautiful floral arrangements and a team of staff that makes you feel like a VIP from the get-go.

Our room was pure luxury—spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel is known for its attention to detail, and it shows in everything from the plush bedding to the sleek, modern bathrooms. But the real magic for us was staying in one of the hotel’s new Roald Dahl-themed rooms! My Daughter was over the moon! They recently partnered with The Roald Dahl Story Company, and the result is simply enchanting. The room was a wonderland of Roald Dahl’s stories, with decor inspired by classics like Charlie and the Chocolate Factory and Matilda. Our daughter was in heaven, discovering all the fun, whimsical details. It was like living in a storybook, and the joy on her face was priceless.

One of the highlights of our stay was the hotel’s famous afternoon tea. It’s an experience that needs no introduction—this is one of the most renowned afternoon teas in London, and it absolutely lived up to its reputation. We were treated to a beautifully presented selection of finger sandwiches, warm scones with clotted cream and jam, and a dazzling array of sweet treats. The attention to detail was impeccable, and the setting was so elegant. It was the perfect way to spend an afternoon, and our daughter loved feeling so grown-up at her very first afternoon tea.

Exploring London

The hotel’s prime location made it easy for us to explore the best of London. We enjoyed leisurely walks through Hyde Park, visited the Natural History Museum, and even did some shopping at Harrods—all just a short stroll from the hotel. Being in the heart of Knightsbridge meant that everything was right at our fingertips.
